Poems about Impossibility

Short poems and quotes about impossibility by Sri Chinmoy

Impossibility
Always bows
To humanity’s
Patience-mountain.

Sri Chinmoy (1)

My soul’s adamantine will
Can easily shake
The impossibility-tree
At any time.

Sri Chinmoy (2)

If you want your soul
To be truly proud of you,
Then every day challenge
The giant pride
Of impossibility.

Sri Chinmoy (3)

What is impossibility
If not its own lifeless obscurity
And its own useless futility?

– Sri Chinmoy

My heart does not want to fight
Against impossibility.
My mind does not want to fight
Against impossibility.
But my soul tells both my mind
and heart,
“If you want Infinity’s peace,
Then you must conquer
Impossibility’s life, body and breath.”

– Sri Chinmoy (4)

The concept of impossibility
My Lord does not accept,
So how can l?
My life will be changed totally.
I just have to be patient.
It is only a question of time.

– Sri Chinmoy (5)

God has created only one impossibility in His entire creation, and that impossibility is that one cannot hate mankind if one really loves God

– Sri Chinmoy (6)
