My heart-hope
Is extremely close
To God.

My Lord, what can I do
To thank You?
“My child, to thank Me
Just smile and smile.”

Each new year
Make a solemn promise
To run faster,
And allow not yourself
To be weighed down
By monotonous days.

The world applauds
Only your manifestation-drops.
But in silence God applauds
Your aspiration-dedication-sea.

As you stretch out your beggar-arms
To receive from the world
Its glittering but fleeting riches,
Even so you can lift your heart upward
To receive from Above
Light and Delight in infinite measure.

He reluctantly obeyed God.
Even so, his obedience saved him.
Darkness-night did not last
And a spiritual dawn he saw.

My Lord Supreme,
How can I make lightning progress
In my spiritual life?
“My child,
Do the right thing
And become the perfect thing
With a nameless life
And an expectation-empty breath.”

Every day my entire being
Receives a blessingful Boon
From my Lord Supreme,
And that boon is
A beauty-flooded dawn of joy.

The modern world thinks,
“God has to be demonstrated.”
The ancient world thought,
“God has to be realised.”
