My Lord,

Self-offering to Me

My Lord,
What is my first necessity?
“My child,
Self-offering to Me
Is your first necessity.”
While on earth,
A man of peace
Experiences, reveals
And manifests
The joy of paradise.
The beauty of nature
Puts us to sleep
And helps us enjoy
Beautiful dreams.
Peace
Is the universal music
To inspire God-dreamers
Throughout the length and breadth
Of the world.
O peace-lover,
I shall always follow
In your light-flooded footsteps.
He who is wise
Flies with Time
And never from it.
Cynicism blocks
Our heart’s
Progress-road.
When I have a deep meditation,
Then only can I truly know
What is important to God
And what is not important to God.
God begs us
To gaze into His Eye
Of Compassion
Even for a fleeting second.
O stupid mind,
Do you not have
Anything better to do
Than to worry about
Your future?
